📜 Section 141 का उद्देश्य
Section 141 यह स्पष्ट करता है कि:
✔️ Section 140 के तहत मिला मुआवज़ा
✔️ Accident victim के अन्य कानूनी अधिकारों को समाप्त नहीं करता
🔶 Section 141 – मुख्य प्रावधान
📌 1️⃣ Other Claims Allowed
- Victim / legal heirs
- Section 140 के साथ-साथ
- किसी अन्य कानून के तहत compensation claim कर सकते हैं
📌 2️⃣ Double Compensation नहीं मिलेगा
- एक ही accident के लिए
- दो बार पूरा मुआवज़ा नहीं मिलेगा

- Section 140 के तहत मिली राशि
- Final compensation से adjust की जाएगी
