⚖️ Section 162 – Payment to Legal Heirs or Claimants

📜 Section 162 का उद्देश्य

Section 162 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:

✔️ Accident में victim के death या incapacity के मामले में
✔️ Insurance company या owner द्वारा दिया गया compensation
✔️ legal heirs या authorised claimants को मिले

मतलब: Accident victim की death होने पर परिवार को compensation प्राप्त हो।

🔶 Section 162 – मुख्य प्रावधान

📌 1️⃣ Legal Heirs का Right

• अगर victim की मृत्यु हो जाती है
• Compensation directly legal heirs या nominee को दिया जाएगा

📌 2️⃣ Authorized Claimants

• Minor या incapable victim के case में
• Legal guardian या authorised person को payment किया जाएगा

📌 3️⃣ Priority of Payment

• Payment directly claimants को
• Owner, driver या insurer से dispute होने पर भी priority रहेगी

📌 4️⃣ Adjustment with Tribunal Award

• Tribunal / Court के बाद
• Paid amount final award में adjust किया जाएगा

• Victim के परिवार को financial security
• Immediate relief for medical/hospitalization/funeral expenses
