📜 Section 112 का उद्देश्य

Section 112 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:

✔️ Vehicles road पर maximum और minimum speed limits का पालन करें।
✔️ Speed violations से होने वाले accidents और mishaps को रोका जा सके।

मतलब: Road पर safe और regulated speed maintain करना mandatory है।
