📜 Section 98 का उद्देश्य

Section 98 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:

✔️ State / Central Government government transport services के लिए rules और regulations बना सके।
✔️ Public transport और goods transport में efficiency, safety और accountability सुनिश्चित हो।

मतलब: Government को अधिकार है कि वो अपने operated vehicles, staff और services के लिए detailed rules तय करे।

Government बना सकती है rules जैसे:

  • Vehicles की classification और operation guidelines
