📜 Section 139 का उद्देश्य

Section 139 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:

✔️ कोई भी road accident, चाहे minor या major, तुरंत police को report किया जाए।
✔️ Accident scene, involved vehicles और victims की proper documentation सुनिश्चित हो।

मतलब: Accident को ignore नहीं किया जा सकता और timely reporting से legal और safety measures enforce होते हैं।

🔶 Section 139 – मुख्य प्रावधान

• सभी motor vehicles और drivers
• Accidents involving injury, death, or property damage

• Accident के तुरंत बाद nearest police station को report करना mandatory
