Section 97 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
✔️ State / Central Government द्वारा operate की जाने वाली transport services का proper control और management हो।
✔️ Government-operated vehicles, routes, drivers और staff का efficient और legal operation सुनिश्चित हो।
मतलब: Government transport services organized, safe और accountable हों।
