📜 Section 50 का उद्देश्य

Section 50 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:

✔️ Government vehicles (State / Central Government) का Registration legal और documented हो
✔️ इनके लिए special provisions apply हों क्योंकि ये public use और official duties के लिए हैं
✔️ Vehicle ownership और accountability सुनिश्चित हो

उद्देश्य: सरकारी वाहनों की legal पहचान और proper record रखकर misuse रोकना।

🔶 Section 50 – मुख्य प्रावधान

📌 1. किसके लिए लागू है?

  • State Government vehicles
  • Central Government vehicles
  • Public sector / autonomous government agencies के वाहन

📌 2. Registration Certificate (RC) का प्रावधान

  • Government vehicles को भी RC जारी की जाएगी
  • RC में Vehicle details और Government department का नाम दर्ज होगा
  • Fancy / Special numbers के लिए अलग provisions हो सकते हैं (State rules अनुसार)

📌 3. Exemption / Special Rules

  • कुछ Government vehicles (Military, Police, emergency) temporary exemptions में आ सकते हैं
  • लेकिन Record और RC maintain होना अनिवार्य है

📌 4. Legal Effect

  • Government vehicles के RC official record का हिस्सा होंगे
  • Accident, insurance, liability और audit purposes में binding

📌 5. Digital / Online

  • 2019 के बाद डिजिटल RC (Parivahan portal / DigiLocker) Government vehicles पर भी लागू
  • Vehicle tracking, transfer, disposal में transparency
