🚗 Section 60 – Registration of Vehicles for Exhibition, Parade or Experimental Use

📜 Section 60 का उद्देश्य

Section 60 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:

✔️ यदि कोई वाहन exhibition, parade, demonstration या experimental purposes के लिए use किया जा रहा है,
तो उसे special registration दी जा सके।

उद्देश्य: Non-standard या temporary use vehicles को legal तौर पर अनुमति देना और traffic law में compliance सुनिश्चित करना।

🔶 Section 60 – मुख्य प्रावधान

📌 1. कब लागू होता है?

• Vehicle exhibition / motor show / trade fair में प्रदर्शित करने पर
• Vehicle testing / experimental purposes में इस्तेमाल हो रहा हो
• Parade / demonstration में public roads पर use के लिए

📌 2. Registration Procedure

• Owner / Organizer को Registering Authority / RTO में apply करना होगा
• Required documents:
  • Identity proof
  • Address proof
  • Vehicle specifications / purpose declaration
  • Insurance certificate (if applicable)
  • Applicable fee
• Authority verification के बाद temporary or special RC issue करेगी

📌 3. Duration and Validity

• RC आमतौर पर limited validity के लिए होगा (specified number of days / months)
• Expiry के बाद vehicle को वापिस exhibition area या garage में ले जाना होगा

📌 4. Legal Effect

• Temporary / special registered vehicle legally allowed on public roads for specific purposes
• Traffic rules, insurance और liability specially defined
• Unauthorized use पर penalty / seizure

📌 5. Digital / Online Process

• Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 2019 के बाद:
  • Parivahan portal से special / temporary registration possible
  • Quick verification और transparency
