📜 Section 61 का उद्देश्य

Section 61 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:

✔️ यदि कोई वाहन special category में आता है (government, defence, exhibition, temporary use),
तो उसे specific registration number / mark प्रदान किया जाए।

उद्देश्य: Special vehicles की legal पहचान बनाए रखना और Road / Traffic enforcement आसान करना।

🔶 Section 61 – मुख्य प्रावधान

📌 1. Special Vehicles कौन से हैं?

• Government / Defence vehicles
• Exhibition / Parade / Experimental vehicles
• VIP / diplomatic vehicles
• Emergency / Ambulance vehicles

📌 2. Registration Marks का Allocation

• Registering Authority / RTO द्वारा specific series / pattern assign किया जाता है
• Allocation rules में include:
  • Number series
  • Colour / font / visibility standards
  • Security features (hologram / reflective paint)

📌 3. Legal Effect

• Special registration marks legally binding और unique होते हैं
• Traffic enforcement, police monitoring और vehicle tracking के लिए essential
• Unauthorized copying / duplication पर penalty

📌 4. Temporary / Experimental Vehicles

• Exhibition / parade vehicles को temporary number plate assign किया जा सकता है
• Expiry के बाद RC और number plate update / removal mandatory

📌 5. Digital / Online Allocation

• Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 2019 के बाद:
  • Online allocation via Parivahan portal possible
  • Transparency और fraud-proof process
