(Goods Carriages – माल वाहनों का नियंत्रण)

📜 Section 77 का उद्देश्य

Section 77 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:

✔️ सभी Goods Carriage vehicles (commercial vehicles carrying goods)
✔️ केवल RTA / STA द्वारा issued permit के तहत operate करें।

मतलब: Trucks, commercial vans और अन्य goods vehicles को भी regulated किया जाए, ताकि illegal transport, overloading और public safety violations रोके जा सकें।

🔶 Section 77 – मुख्य प्रावधान

📌 1️⃣ Goods Carriage क्या है?

Vehicle जो goods / merchandise / cargo transport करने के लिए use होता है
Examples:
- Truck
- Lorry
- Tempo / Commercial Van

📌 2️⃣ Permit Requirements

Goods Carriage permit के बिना operate नहीं कर सकता
Permit में include होते हैं:
- Vehicle registration number
- Type of goods permitted
- Maximum load / capacity
- Route / area of operation
- Validity period
- Special conditions (insurance, safety norms)
