🚦 Section 14 – Licence to Drive Transport Vehicle

(परिवहन वाहन चलाने का लाइसेंस)

📜 Section 14 का उद्देश्य

Section 14 यह निर्धारित करता है कि:

• कोई व्यक्ति Transport Vehicle (Bus, Truck, Taxi आदि) चलाने के लिए विशेष licence के योग्य हो।
• Road safety सुनिश्चित हो और केवल योग्य व्यक्ति ही commercial vehicles चला सके।

Transport vehicle licence ordinary / private vehicle licence से अलग होता है।

🔶 Section 14 – मुख्य प्रावधान

📌 1. Eligibility / पात्रता

• Applicant के पास Permanent Driving Licence (LMV / HMV) होना चाहिए।
• न्यूनतम आयु: 20 वर्ष (Commercial vehicles)
• Traffic rules और road safety knowledge होनी चाहिए।
• Medical fitness certificate आवश्यक (Commercial vehicles के लिए)

📌 2. Application / आवेदन

• आवेदन RTO / DTO में किया जाता है।
• आवश्यक दस्तावेज़:
  • Valid Driving Licence
  • Age proof / Identity proof
  • Medical certificate
  • Passport size photograph
  • Fee

📌 3. Vehicle categories

Transport Vehicle licence केवल उन categories के लिए valid है:

Taxi / Cab	Transport / LMV-Commercial
Bus / Mini Bus	Transport / HPMV

🔶 Section 14(2) – Conditions

• Licence holder को नियमों का पालन करना होगा।
• Speed limits, load limits और passenger rules strictly लागू।
• Violation पर penalty / suspension हो सकती है।
