Section 2 में Motor Vehicles Act में इस्तेमाल हुए महत्वपूर्ण शब्दों की कानूनी परिभाषा (Legal Definitions) दी गई है।
पूरे Act की interpretation इन्हीं definitions पर आधारित होती है।
