📜 Section 93 का उद्देश्य

Section 93 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:

✔️ Public Service Vehicles (Stage Carriage, Contract Carriage, Omnibus) के conductors, ticket checkers और अन्य staff भी नियमों का पालन करें।
✔️ Passenger safety, fare collection और legal compliance सुनिश्चित हो।

मतलब: सिर्फ driver या owner ही नहीं, बल्कि vehicle staff भी accountable हों।
