📜 Section 89 का उद्देश्य

Section 89 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:

✔️ Public Service Vehicles (Stage Carriage, Contract Carriage, Omnibus) के drivers Motor Vehicles Act और rules का पालन करें।
✔️ Safety, route adherence और passenger protection सुनिश्चित हो।

मतलब: जो driver vehicle चला रहा है, वह नियमों का पालन करे, और violations की जिम्मेदारी खुद पर हो।

🔶 Section 89 – मुख्य प्रावधान

  • Public Service Vehicles के drivers
  • Stage Carriage, Contract Carriage, Omnibus vehicles

  • Driver liable होंगे यदि:
