📜 Section 101 का उद्देश्य

Section 101 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:

✔️ State / Central Government अपने transport services के fares और charges legally तय कर सके।
✔️ Public transport, goods carriage और special government schemes में uniformity, transparency और fairness बनी रहे।

मतलब: Government अपने operated vehicles और routes के लिए legal fare structure और charges निर्धारित कर सकती है।
