📜 Section 103 का उद्देश्य

Section 103 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:

✔️ Government transport services के लिए drivers, conductors और अन्य staff की नियुक्ति properly हो।
✔️ Staff की training, conduct और disciplinary actions का control Government के पास रहे।

मतलब: Vehicles और services efficient, safe और accountable रहें, इसके लिए staff का proper management जरूरी है।
