Section 145 इस Chapter में इस्तेमाल होने वाले
important शब्दों की definitions देता है,
ताकि insurance से जुड़े provisions को सही तरीके से समझा जा सके।

• वह insurance company
• जिसे सरकार ने motor vehicle insurance देने की अनुमति दी हो
