📜 Section 99 का उद्देश्य
Section 99 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
✔️ State / Central Government passengers, goods transport या staff के लिए concessions / special facilities प्रदान कर सके।
✔️ Public welfare और government transport schemes में flexibility और efficiency बनी रहे।
मतलब: Government अपने operated vehicles या services में fare concessions, priority access या special privileges दे सकती है।
