📜 Chapter VII का उद्देश्य

Chapter VII यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:

सभी vehicles roadworthy और safe हों।
Vehicles की body, lights, brakes और अन्य safety features defined standards के अनुसार हों।
Road users (drivers, passengers और pedestrians) की safety सुनिश्चित हो।

मतलब: Vehicle construction, maintenance और operation के दौरान safety norms का पालन करना अनिवार्य है।

Vehicle Body Standards
- Vehicle का frame, body और structure damage-free और safe होना चाहिए।
Lighting and Signaling
- Headlights, tail lights, indicators और reflectors safety और visibility के लिए सही होना चाहिए।

- Brakes और steering system properly maintained और efficient होने चाहिए।
Safety Standards / Inspection
- Vehicles regular inspection और fitness certificate के द्वारा roadworthy साबित किए जाएँ।
- Hazardous goods vehicles के लिए stricter safety norms।
Penalties
- Non-compliance पर fines, permit suspension या vehicle seizure हो सकता है।
