📜 Section 106 का उद्देश्य
Section 106 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
✔️ State / Central Government Chapter VI के provisions लागू करने के लिए rules और regulations बना सके।
✔️ Government transport services और monopoly schemes का efficient और legal operation सुनिश्चित हो।
मतलब: Chapter VI में आने वाले सभी sections के लिए rule-making authority Government के पास हो।

- Government Chapter VI के लिए rules बना सकती है जैसे:
- Government transport operations और management
- Staff / driver appointment, training और conduct
