📜 Section 94 का उद्देश्य
Section 94 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
✔️ किसी भी road accident में जो passenger, goods या third party affected हो, उसके लिए legal liability स्पष्ट हो।
✔️ Owner, driver और operator की जिम्मेदारी तय हो, ताकि victims को compensation और safety protection मिले।
मतलब: Accident में negligence या violation होने पर liability clear और enforceable हो।
🔶 Section 94 – मुख्य प्रावधान
📌 1️⃣ Applicability
- Passenger vehicles (Stage / Contract Carriage, Omnibus)
- Goods carriage vehicles
- Hazardous goods vehicles

- Driver liable: accident caused by reckless / negligent driving
