📜 Section 72 का उद्देश्य

Section 72 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:

✔️ Transport Vehicle का Permit कितने समय तक valid है।
✔️ Permit की अवधि खत्म होने से पहले renewal प्रक्रिया हो सके।

मतलब: Permit की validity तय होती है और समय पर renewal जरूरी है, नहीं तो वाहन illegal हो जाएगा।

🔶 Section 72 – मुख्य प्रावधान

📌 1️⃣ Duration (Validity)

• Permit आमतौर पर 1–5 साल तक valid होता है
• State / RTA rules के अनुसार अलग-अलग duration हो सकता है
• Special vehicles (school bus, contract carriage) के लिए अलग नियम

📌 2️⃣ Renewal Procedure

• Permit holder को expiry से पहले application देना होगा
• Renewal application में शामिल हो सकते हैं:
  • Previous permit copy
  • Vehicle fitness certificate
  • Insurance certificate
  • Applicable fee
• RTA / STA द्वारा verification के बाद renewal किया जाता है

📌 3️⃣ Expired Permit के प्रभाव

• Permit expire होने के बाद vehicle illegal माना जाएगा
• ❌ Road पर operation illegal
• 💰 Heavy fine / penalty लागू
• 🚔 Vehicle seize होने का risk

📌 4️⃣ 2019 Amendment के बाद बदलाव

• Online renewal via Parivahan portal
• Auto reminders / tracking system
• e-permit download / digital display possible
• Transparency और faster approval
