📘 Chapter IV – Registration of Motor Vehicles

📜 Chapter IV का उद्देश्य

Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 का Chapter IV यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:

✔️ कोई भी Motor Vehicle बिना registration के public road पर न चले
✔️ हर वाहन की एक कानूनी पहचान (RC) हो
✔️ Ownership, transfer और record maintenance में transparency बनी रहे
✔️ Stolen, illegal और untraceable vehicles पर नियंत्रण हो

🚗 Vehicle Registration क्या है?

Vehicle Registration एक कानूनी प्रक्रिया है जिसमें:

• वाहन को Registering Authority (RTO) के पास दर्ज किया जाता है
• वाहन को एक Registration Number (RC Number) दिया जाता है
• RC (Registration Certificate) जारी की जाती है

RC वाहन की legal identity होती है, जैसे व्यक्ति के लिए Aadhaar।
