📜 Section 123 का उद्देश्य
Section 123 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
✔️ Drivers alcohol, drugs या intoxicating substances के प्रभाव में वाहन न चलाएँ।
✔️ Drunken या drug-influenced driving से होने वाले accidents और fatalities कम हों।
मतलब: Intoxicated driving पूरी तरह illegal और unsafe है।

- सभी motor vehicles – passenger, goods, public service और hazardous goods vehicles
