📜 Section 139 का उद्देश्य
Section 139 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
✔️ कोई भी road accident, चाहे minor या major, तुरंत police को report किया जाए।
✔️ Accident scene, involved vehicles और victims की proper documentation सुनिश्चित हो।
मतलब: Accident को ignore नहीं किया जा सकता और timely reporting से legal और safety measures enforce होते हैं।

- सभी motor vehicles और drivers
- Accidents involving injury, death, or property damage
📌 2️⃣ Reporting Rules
- Accident के तुरंत बाद nearest police station को report करना mandatory
- Driver, vehicle owner या witness responsible
- Accident report में following details शामिल:

- Accident का समय और स्थान
- Witnesses का नाम और contact
