🛡️ Section 154 – Protection of Good Samaritans in Insurance Cases

📜 Section 154 का उद्देश्य

Section 154 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:

✔️ Accident में मदद करने वाले Good Samaritan को legal protection मिले
✔️ उन्हें insurer या vehicle owner से कोई legal या financial परेशानी न हो

मतलब: जो कोई accident में victim की मदद करता है, उसे परेशान नहीं किया जाएगा।

• कोई भी व्यक्ति
• जो accident victim की मदद करता है
• बिना किसी reward के, स्वेच्छा से

• Good Samaritan को civil या criminal liability से सुरक्षा
• Insurance claim या payment के मामले में कोई रोक नहीं
• Identity disclosure की मजबूरी नहीं

• Insurance claim process पर कोई असर नहीं
• Insurer केवल third party और vehicle owner के बीच deal करेगा

• Hospital और police
  • Good Samaritan को unnecessary interrogation नहीं कर सकते
  • मदद के लिए रोक नहीं सकते
