⚖️ Section 159 – Application of Insurance to Vehicles Used with Government Permission
📜 Section 159 का उद्देश्य
Section 159 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
✔️ अगर कोई vehicle government या public authority के purpose के लिए use हो रहा है
✔️ तब भी insurance और third party liability applicable हो
मतलब: Government-owned या specially authorized vehicles भी accident के लिए liable होंगे।
