⚖️ Section 163 – Protection of Insurer from Liability in Certain Cases
📜 Section 163 का उद्देश्य
Section 163 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
✔️ Insurance company को unfair या fraudulent claims से बचाया जाए
✔️ अगर accident या claim owner/driver की fault के कारण हुआ हो,
✔️ तो insurer पूरी liability से बच सकता है
मतलब: Insurance company को limited liability के साथ legal protection मिले।

- Vehicle का unauthorized use
- Driver के पास valid licence न होना
- Policy terms का serious violation

- Third party को payment delay या denial नहीं होगी
