📜 Section 151 का उद्देश्य
Section 151 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
✔️ Insurance company को accident claim या tribunal proceedings में अपनी बात रखने का अधिकार मिले
✔️ Insurer को unfair treatment या forced payment से बचाया जा सके
मतलब: Insurer को legal hearing का अधिकार statutory रूप से दिया गया है।
