Section 124 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
✔️ Drivers driving के दौरान मोबाइल फोन या अन्य distractions का उपयोग न करें।
✔️ Distracted driving से होने वाले accidents और mishaps कम हों।
मतलब: Driver का ध्यान पूरी तरह road और vehicle control पर होना चाहिए।
