📜 Section 95 का उद्देश्य
Section 95 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
✔️ Vehicle owners केवल fit / roadworthy vehicles ही operate करें।
✔️ Unsafe / unfit vehicles का प्रयोग करने पर owner liable हो।
मतलब: Vehicle condition और maintenance की जिम्मेदारी owner की होगी, ताकि public safety सुनिश्चित हो।
