📜 Section 127 का उद्देश्य
Section 127 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
✔️ Drivers safe overtaking और adequate following distance का पालन करें।
✔️ Rear-end collisions और overtaking-related accidents कम हों।
मतलब: Vehicles को road पर safe और orderly तरीके से चलाना mandatory है।

📌 1️⃣ Applicability
- सभी motor vehicles – passenger, goods, public service और hazardous goods vehicles
📌 2️⃣ Overtaking Rules
- Left/right side overtaking state-specific rules के अनुसार
- No-overtaking zones और curves / intersections / pedestrian crossings में overtaking prohibited
- Signal या road markings के अनुसार safe overtaking
