📜 Section 116 का उद्देश्य
Section 116 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
✔️ Drivers safe overtaking और lane discipline का पालन करें।
✔️ Road पर accidents और collisions कम हों।
मतलब: Vehicles को orderly और predictable तरीके से road पर चलाना mandatory है।
🔶 Section 116 – मुख्य प्रावधान
📌 1️⃣ Applicability
- सभी motor vehicles – passenger, goods, public service और hazardous goods vehicles
📌 2️⃣ Overtaking Rules
- Left / right side overtaking state-specific rules के अनुसार
- No-overtaking zones (curves, intersections, pedestrian crossings) में overtaking prohibited
- Signal या road markings के अनुसार safe overtaking
