📜 Section 86 का उद्देश्य
Section 86 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
✔️ Transport vehicles, drivers और operators Motor Vehicles Act और संबंधित rules का पालन करें।
✔️ किसी भी violation / contravention के लिए strict penalties लागू हों।
मतलब: Traffic rules, permit conditions, route adherence, passenger और goods safety के उल्लंघन पर legal punishment तय हो।
🔶 Section 86 – मुख्य प्रावधान
📌 1️⃣ Violations Covered
- Rules, permit conditions या Act का उल्लंघन जैसे:
- Overloading passengers / goods
- Unauthorized route पर operation
- Permit expiry / renewal violation
- Safety equipment का अभाव
- Hazardous goods transport violation
📌 2️⃣ Penalties / Punishments
- RTA / STA या authorized officers द्वारा fine / penalty
- Minor violations: warning या monetary fine
- Serious violations:
- Permit suspension या cancellation
- Vehicle seizure
- Legal prosecution
📌 3️⃣ Procedure
- Authorized officer inspection / check करता है
- Notice / show cause दिया जाता है
- Violation verified होने पर penalty / action imposed
- Permit holder / operator appeal कर सकता है (Section 74 / 80 के अनुसार)
