📜 Section 158 का उद्देश्य
Section 158 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
✔️ Tribunal, insurance company और authorities accident से संबंधित records और information मांग सकें
✔️ Accident claims और insurance settlements properly verify किए जा सकें
मतलब: Investigation और compensation process में transparency और accountability बनाए रखना।
🔶 Section 158 – मुख्य प्रावधान
📌 1️⃣ Authority को Power
- Tribunal / Court
- Transport authority
- Insurance company (under regulation)
📌 2️⃣ कौन-कौन सी Information मांगी जा सकती है
- Accident report / FIR
- Vehicle registration और insurance details
- Driver / owner particulars
- Medical records और hospital documents
- Witness statements

- Required information time-bound देनी होगी
- जानबूझकर information hide करना offence

- Authority request भेजेगी
