❓ Product Fraud की जाँच और प्रमाण कैसे इकट्ठा करें?
यदि आपको शक है कि किसी product में fraud या मिलावट है, तो strong proof इकट्ठा करना सबसे पहला और जरूरी कदम है।
Step 1: Product का Physical Evidence सुरक्षित रखें
- Product को जैसा है वैसा ही संभालें, खोलने या उपयोग करने से पहले ध्यान दें
- Photos / videos लें – packaging, label, expiry date, batch number
- Product की unique identifiers – barcode, QR code, hologram – record करें
Step 2: Purchase / Transaction Proof इकट्ठा करें
- Invoice / cash memo / order confirmation सुरक्षित रखें
- Payment proof (UPI, card, net banking) संभालें
- Online → screenshots of order, product description, price
Step 3: Seller / Platform Communication Record करें
- Email, chat, WhatsApp या call का record रखें
- Refund / replacement request भेजें और उसका response सुरक्षित रखें
Step 4: Lab / Expert Verification (Optional but Strong Evidence)
- Food / medicine / cosmetics → FSSAI / Drugs Lab / authorized testing lab से testing करवाएं
- Electronics → Manufacturer या authorized technician से authenticity confirm करवाएं
Step 5: Legal Documentation तैयार करें
- Evidence और communication को organized form में रखें
- Attach:
- Photos / videos
- Invoice / order details
- Screenshots / chats
- Lab reports (if available)
Reason: यह सभी Consumer Forum, CCPA और Police complaint में काम आएगा।
🔹 Important Notes:
- Evidence तभी strong होगा जब product और proof original condition में हों
- Multiple angles / details का photos लेना लाभकारी है
- Online + Offline दोनों cases में proof collection आवश्यक है
- बिना proof के complaint या compensation claim मुश्किल हो सकता है
