🚦 Section 11 – Grant of Driving Licence to Certain Persons
(विशेष आयु या शर्त वाले व्यक्तियों को ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस देना)
📜 Section 11 का उद्देश्य
Section 11 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
- कुछ विशेष परिस्थितियों या उम्र के व्यक्ति भी Driving Licence प्राप्त कर सकें।
- आयु, स्वास्थ्य या शर्तों के आधार पर Licence देने की शर्तें स्पष्ट हों।
- Road safety बनी रहे, जबकि योग्य व्यक्ति licence पा सके।
🔶 Section 11 – मुख्य प्रावधान
📌 1. Elderly applicants / उम्रदराज आवेदक
- Licensing Authority को अधिकार है कि वे medical fitness certificate माँग सकते हैं।
- Certificate यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि applicant सुरक्षित रूप से वाहन चला सके।
📌 2. Minor applicants / नाबालिग
- 16–18 वर्ष के लिए motorcycle ≤50cc चलाने की अनुमति।
- Parent / Guardian की लिखित अनुमति अनिवार्य।
📌 3. Persons with disability / विकलांग व्यक्ति
- Disability certificate दिखाकर special conditions के अनुसार licence।
- Vehicle modification / adaptation की जरूरत होने पर अनुमति।
