🚦 Section 15 – Licence to Drive Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV)

📜 Section 15 का उद्देश्य
Section 15 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
- कोई भी व्यक्ति Heavy Motor Vehicle (Bus, Truck, Large Commercial Vehicle) केवल योग्य व्यक्ति द्वारा ही चलाया जाए।
- Road safety बनाए रखने और accidents को कम करने के लिए strict rules लागू हों।
HMV licence ordinary / light motor vehicle licence से अलग और विशेष होता है।
🔶 Section 15 – मुख्य प्रावधान
📌 1. Eligibility / पात्रता
- Applicant के पास Permanent Driving Licence (LMV / HMV) होना चाहिए।
- न्यूनतम आयु: 20 वर्ष (Commercial vehicles के लिए)
- Medical fitness certificate अनिवार्य।
- Traffic rules, road safety और vehicle handling का ज्ञान होना चाहिए।
📌 2. Application / आवेदन
- आवेदन RTO / DTO में किया जाता है।
- Required documents:
- Valid Driving Licence
- Age proof / Identity proof
- Medical fitness certificate
- Passport size photograph
- Applicable fee
📌 3. Vehicle categories

📌 4. Conditions
- Heavy vehicle चलाने के लिए rules का पालन अनिवार्य।
- Speed limit, load limit और passenger limit का पालन करना आवश्यक।
- Violation होने पर fine, licence suspension या cancellation हो सकता है।
