📜 Section 25 का उद्देश्य
Section 25 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
- Light Motor Vehicles (LMV – Car, Jeep, Two-wheeler, Van आदि) चलाने वाले drivers सुरक्षित और जिम्मेदार हों।
- Learner / Permanent Licence holders के लिए additional safety और compliance rules लागू हों।
- Road safety, vehicle misuse और accidents को रोकने के लिए नियम स्पष्ट हों।
यह section Section 14 / 15 को supplement करता है, लेकिन Light Vehicles के लिए।
🔶 Section 25 – मुख्य प्रावधान
📌 1. Eligibility & Conditions
- Driver के पास valid LMV / Permanent Licence होना चाहिए।
- Minimum age: 18 वर्ष (Private Vehicles)
- Learner Licence के समय experienced driver / instructor supervision आवश्यक।
- Vehicle category के अनुसार ही driving allowed।
📌 2. Driving Hours & Safety
- Over-speeding, rash / negligent driving पर penalty।
- Night driving / fatigue driving के लिए guidelines follow करनी होगी।
- Seat belt और helmet mandatory।
📌 3. Renewal & Checks
- Licence holder का record periodically RTO / DTO के पास update होना चाहिए।
- Medical certificate optional for LMV, but recommended for older drivers (>50 years)।
