📜 Section 44 का उद्देश्य

Section 44 यह निर्धारित करता है कि:

✔️ Vehicle owner apni पसंद का registration number (fancy number) ले सकता है
✔️ Special numbers के लिए Rules और Fees तय होती हैं
✔️ Transparency और fairness बनी रहे

उद्देश्य: Revenue generation + Vehicle owner की preference + Legal compliance

🔶 Section 44 – मुख्य प्रावधान

📌 1. Fancy / Special Number का अर्थ

• Fancy / Special Number वह होता है जिसे:
  • Owner specifically request करता है
  • जैसे: 1111, 9999, या कोई विशेष word / code
• यह normal random series से अलग होता है

📌 2. आवेदन प्रक्रिया

• Vehicle owner RTO / Parivahan portal पर apply करता है
• Required documents:
  • Identity proof
  • Vehicle RC / Invoice
  • Application fee / auction fee
• Authority द्वारा availability check के बाद number allocate किया जाता है

📌 3. Allocation Methods

• First-come-first-serve
• Online auction (most states)
• Authority rules के अनुसार transparent system

📌 4. Fees

• Fancy / Special Number के लिए extra fee होती है
• Fees RTO / State Government निर्धारित करता है

📌 5. Legal Validity

• Fancy / Special Number RC में official registration number बन जाता है
• Traffic rules, insurance और legal compliance पर यह विधि रूप से binding है
