📜 Section 72 का उद्देश्य

Section 72 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:

✔️ Transport Vehicle का Permit कितने समय तक valid है।
✔️ Permit की अवधि खत्म होने से पहले renewal प्रक्रिया हो सके।

मतलब: Permit की validity तय होती है और समय पर renewal जरूरी है, नहीं तो वाहन illegal हो जाएगा।

Permit holder को expiry से पहले application देना होगा
Renewal application में शामिल हो सकते हैं:
- Previous permit copy
- Vehicle fitness certificate
- Insurance certificate
- Applicable fee
RTA / STA द्वारा verification के बाद renewal किया जाता है
