📜 Section 102 का उद्देश्य
Section 102 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
✔️ State / Central Government अपने transport services को आवश्यकतानुसार temporarily suspend या permanently cancel कर सके।
✔️ Public safety, maintenance, policy changes या emergency conditions में flexibility रहे।
मतलब: अगर कोई service unsafe, unviable या redundant हो, तो government उसे suspend या cancel कर सकती है।
