📜 Section 121 का उद्देश्य
Section 121 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
✔️ Drivers speed limits का उल्लंघन न करें।
✔️ Speeding के कारण होने वाले accidents और mishaps को रोका जा सके।
मतलब: Vehicles road पर defined speed limits के अंदर चलें और safety maintain हो।
