⚖️ Section 150 – Rights of Third Party to Have Benefit of Insurance Policy

📜 Section 150 का उद्देश्य

Section 150 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:

✔️ Accident में घायल या मृत third party को insurance policy का सीधा लाभ मिले
✔️ Vehicle owner और insurer के बीच के dispute से
victim का compensation न रुके

🔶 Section 150 – मुख्य प्रावधान

📌 1️⃣ Third Party का Independent Right

• Accident victim (third party)
• Insurance policy का सीधा लाभ लेने का अधिकार रखता है
• Owner की स्थिति से अलग

📌 2️⃣ Policy Void / Cancel होने पर भी Protection

• अगर policy
  • Accident के बाद cancel हो जाए
  • या void declare की जाए
• तब भी third party का right प्रभावित नहीं होगा

📌 3️⃣ Insurer की जिम्मेदारी बनी रहती है

• Policy dispute
• Non-payment of premium
• Internal contract issue

👉 इन कारणों से insurer
third party को payment से मना नहीं कर सकता
