📜 Section 108 का उद्देश्य
Section 108 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
✔️ Vehicles के headlights, tail lights, indicators और reflectors proper और functional हों।
✔️ Road visibility और signaling सही हो ताकि accidents कम हों।
मतलब: Vehicle की lights और signaling devices safe, visible और properly maintained हों।
🔶 Section 108 – मुख्य प्रावधान
📌 1️⃣ Applicability
- All motor vehicles – passenger, goods, public service और hazardous goods vehicles
📌 2️⃣ Lighting Requirements
- Headlights, tail lights, side lights और reflectors properly installed
- Turn indicators और brake lights functional
- Night-time driving और poor visibility में road safety ensure
- Hazardous goods vehicles के लिए additional lights / warning signals required

- Regular inspection mandatory
- Faulty or defective lights ठीक करवाना owner / operator की जिम्मेदारी
- Fitness certificate के लिए lighting system check करना जरूरी
