📜 Section 110 का उद्देश्य
Section 110 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:
✔️ Vehicles के steering और control systems properly functional और reliable हों।
✔️ Driver vehicle को आसानी से और सुरक्षित तरीके से control कर सके।
मतलब: Steering failure से accidents या mishaps होने की संभावना कम हो।
🔶 Section 110 – मुख्य प्रावधान
📌 1️⃣ Applicability
- All motor vehicles – passenger, goods, public service और hazardous goods vehicles
📌 2️⃣ Steering System Standards
- Steering wheel, column और linkage functional और properly maintained हों
- Vehicle control और maneuverability सुनिश्चित हो
- Hazardous goods vehicles के लिए stricter steering standards
📌 3️⃣ Maintenance
- Regular inspection और preventive maintenance mandatory
- Steering defects को तुरंत ठीक करना owner / operator की जिम्मेदारी
- Vehicle fitness certificate में steering check शामिल

- Faulty steering वाली vehicle roadworthy नहीं मानी जाएगी
