(कुछ वाहनों को नियमों से छूट देने का प्रावधान)

📜 Section 96 का उद्देश्य

Section 96 यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि:

✔️ State / Central Government विशेष परिस्थितियों में कुछ vehicles को Motor Vehicles Act के कुछ provisions से छूट (exemption) दे सकें।
✔️ Administrative flexibility और public convenience सुनिश्चित हो।

मतलब: Certain government, emergency या special-purpose vehicles कुछ नियमों से temporarily या permanently छूट पा सकते हैं।

🔶 Section 96 – मुख्य प्रावधान

📌 1️⃣ Vehicles Eligible for Exemption

  • Government vehicles
  • Emergency vehicles (ambulance, fire brigade, police)
  • Special purpose vehicles (military, disaster relief, etc.)
  • Other vehicles notified by Government

  • Government notification के अनुसार

  • Safety / public interest को compromise नहीं करना चाहिए
